About Us:

We are conveniently situated on the edge of the A379, between Modbury and Yealmpton, 9 miles from Plymouth, not far from the coastline and the Dartmoor Park.

No longer a farm but standing peacefully amidst agricultural fields, The Grange at Waye Farm was converted from a working granary.

The Grange is the ideal location from which to explore the stunning coastline of south Devon, its estuaries, inlets and rivers, and the wild rugged moor land of the Dartmoor National Park.

Dartmouth and Salcombe, the two renown and famous yachting centres are 25 minutes drive, the quaint inlet of Newton Ferrers is just 10 minutes away whilst the very unique Dartmoor National Park is only 15 minutes
